We practice a model called Direct Primary Care (DPC)—a simpler, more personal approach to healthcare. By working directly with families rather than billing through insurance, we’re able to offer longer visits, same- or next-day appointments, and direct access to your pediatrician. No rushed appointments, no confusing bills—just consistent, high-quality care that’s designed around your family’s needs.

Typical practices design panels of up to 2,500 patients per Physician. Dr Naves will limit her panel to less than 300 patients, which means she can give your child the time and attention they deserve.

As a board-certified pediatrician and proud graduate of Texas Tech University, I bring over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages — from newborns to teens. My background includes working in both outpatient pediatric clinics and high-pressure settings like urgent care and as a newborn hospitalist, where I’ve had the privilege of attending over 1,000 deliveries.
Over the years, I’ve supported families through everything from routine checkups and toddler illnesses to adolescent concerns and unexpected health issues. What I’ve always valued most is the opportunity to build lasting relationships with the families I care for.
I started SPeas Pediatrics to create the kind of practice I would want for my own children—one that allows for longer visits, same- or next-day appointments, and direct access to your pediatrician when you need it most. By using a Direct Primary Care model, I’m able to offer more personalized care and focus on what matters most: you and your child.
